I participated in a some kind of an advertisement, seminar held by Microsoft and its related partner companies in Shinagawa ward. It had four different type presentations like letting us to teach how to use windows 8.1 Tablet effectively, introducing their public and private ‘cloud’ service and giving a suggestion of offshoring development in Vietnam.
They were very rush event due to the time schedule like 4 session among only 2 hours.
I didn’t know anything about offshoring development in Vietnam. Rather, I know the Chaina case, even I’ve worked with a Chinese bridge SE who translated our documents into Chinese for making the program by Chinese in Shanghai.
Their opinion was very common around Japanese companies recently.
However, they took advantage due to their early involving the opportunity.
Meanwhile, my company, I think, has disadvantage about several years behind from other developed companies.
